Understanding complex products, like a data-heavy Excel tool, is essential to identify limitations and inform impactful design improvements. This experience reinforced the importance of immersing oneself in a product’s details to craft effective, user-centered solutions.

What happened next?
After four months of work and successful delivery of the quotation tool for both user groups, the GSIP project transitioned to a new team on UC Hub, while I moved on to work on The Cloud Numbers.
